We are happy to refund within 30 days of purchase on full price items only. If we are running a promotion these are eligible for a refund. Minor Imperfections are not eligible.
We know you will be eager to try your new foot candy on but please take care to ensure you keep them in good condition & with the original packaging in the event you may want to return or exchange your Palmaira's. Please ensure they are re-packed the way they arrived & with care in order to maintain the original shape. If they are not resalable or received by Palmaira Sandals Australia in the original condition they will not be accepted.
You may return your product to Palmaira Sandals Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with completed returns slip.
Please note that all returns are delivered to our logistics warehouse & are then forwarded to Palmaira for processing. Therefore please expect a 2-3 day delay between the time your tracking information says "Delivered" and your return being processed.
Sandals must be returned in an unworn state with tags.
All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.
We can only refund the credit card originally used for payment.
For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and nature of the problem.
We will only refund postage costs up to the amount of a 3kg satchel-$13.80

Please note Palmaira Sandals Australia will cover the cost of ONE exchange only per order. Any additional exchanges per order must be paid for by the customer.
Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.
We recommend that you return your sandals via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOU HAVE SENT THE SANDALS AS WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/ DELAYED PACKAGES.
Please note: Due to a high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to manually put aside exchange.
On receipt of goods you will be notified via email with a credit note in the form of a Gift Card to the value of the original price paid.
Please choose carefully when purchasing from our 'Minor Imperfections' collection, as they are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All our sandals are lovingly handmade. This sometimes results in a few flaws, or imperfections in the leather.
Leather is a natural product and as such, bares all hallmarks of its origin. Unique and individual markings may appear on a hide and should not be considered as defects. Instead they give the leather a unique identity.
Other reasons for imperfections could include, but not limited to, glue marks or scratches. As such these sandals are sold at a discounted price.
