WE HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED OUR RETURNS PROCESS. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ALL INSTRUCTIONS


To submit your return please enter your email address and order number for the sandals you wish to return in the box to the left. If you have received faulty sandals please email us enquiries@palmairasandalsaustralia.com first.  

Then select the sandals you wish to return, the reason for returning & select either REFUND or CREDIT ( Credit is an exchange with postage included).

PLEASE NOTE. Palmaira Sandals Australia only includes one exchange postage per order. Any additional exchanges must be paid for by the customer.

All returns are directed to our logistics warehouse and then forwarded to us to be processed so please allow at least 2 days from delivery to receive confirmation that we have received & processed your return.  

Please make sure you include the filled out returns card or a note with your name & order number. 

Once we are in receipt of your return you will receive an automated email to confirm your return has been processed.
