ORIGINAL FLATS & SNUGS

We recommend buying your Palmaira's quite snug as the leather softens and does give after a couple of wears.

If you are in between sizes you may be best to go down a size unless you have a wide foot in which case we recommend sizing up. 

BALLET FLATS 

These are an average fit.

PEEP TOE FLATS

These are an average fit however they are suitable for a wide foot.  If you are in between sizes you may be best to go down a size.

PLATFORMS & WEDGES 

These are a slightly smaller fit. We suggest going up a size from your regular fit.

ERGONOMIC MODERN AVARCA SOLE

These have been made true to size so we suggest sticking to your original size.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

We are happy to refund within 60 days of purchase. Minor Imperfections, Outlet, Pre-Loved & Samples are NON-RETURNABLE therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange. For all 'BUNDLE' returns please see further below.

We know you will be eager to try your new FOOTCANDY on but please take care to ensure you keep them in good condition & with the original packaging in the event you may want to return or exchange your Palmaira's. Please ensure they are re-packed the way they arrived & with care in order to maintain the original shape. If they are not resalable or received by Palmaira Sandals Australia in the original condition they will not be accepted. 

You may return your product to Palmaira Sandals Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 60 days of purchase with completed returns slip. Please note we do not offer free returns the customer is to pay to send the return back.

'BUNDLES' You may return any item/s from your 'BUNDLE' to Palmaira Sandals Australia for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Please note that if you purchase 2 items within the 'BUNDLE' promotion and return the second pair for a refund the 1st pair will be charged at full price.Products must be returned to us within 60 days of purchase with completed returns slip.

Please note that all returns are delivered to our warehouse & are then forwarded to Palmaira for processing. Therefore please expect a 2-3 day delay between the time your tracking information says "Delivered" and your return being processed. 

Sandals must be returned in an unworn state with tags.

All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

We can only refund the credit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at enquiries@palmairasandalsaustralia.com stating the order number and nature of the problem.

We will only refund postage costs for faulty goods up to the amount of a 3kg satchel-$13.80.

Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition with tags.

Please note Palmaira Sandals Australia will cover the cost of ONE exchange only per order. Any additional exchanges per order must be paid for by the customer. 

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.

We recommend that you return your sandals via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please note we do not offer free returns the customer is to pay to send the return back.

PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOU HAVE SENT THE SANDALS AS WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/ DELAYED PACKAGES.

Please note: Due to a high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to manually put aside exchange.

On receipt of goods you will be notified via email. The replacement/s will be sent subject to available stock, if the item is out of stock a refund will be processed.

Leather is a natural product and as such, bares all hallmarks of its origin. Unique and individual markings may appear on a hide and should not be considered as defects. Instead they give the leather a unique identity.

Other reasons for imperfections could include, but not limited to, glue marks or scratches. As such these sandals are sold at a discounted price.

Our samples are finished Avarcas that are ready to wear.
