SIZING
ORIGINAL FLATS
We recommend buying your Palmaira's quite snug as the leather softens and does give after a couple of wears.
If you are in between sizes you may be best to go down a size unless you have a wide foot in which case we recommend sizing up. The leather upper does give after a few wears.
PEEP TOE FLATS
These are an average fit however they are suitable for a wide foot. If you are in between sizes you may be best to go down a size.
PLATFORMS & WEDGES
These are a slightly smaller fit. We suggest going up a size from your regular fit.
ERGONOMIC MODERN AVARCA SOLE
These have been made true to size so we suggest sticking to your original size.

Q. How do I clean my Palmaira's?
The best way to clean your leather, nubuck or suede sandals is with a white muslin cloth, dipped into a little warm water with a small amount of very mild detergent. Be careful not to rub the uppers too much as the colour may fade, also avoid getting them too wet as this could wrinkle the leather and cause water marks on the uppers.
Do not expose the glitter sandals to water as this may cause the glitter upper to shed.
Take care with the metallic leathers as the foil coating can become damaged once wet, instead wipe with a dry muslin cloth to remove any surface marks. Metallic leathers are very delicate and can be prone to scuffing, this is classed as normal wear and tear.
Some customers do use leather or suede protector sprays or leather cleaner creams but we would always advise checking that they are colour matched or transparent.
Q. How do I care for my glitter sandals?
Do not expose glitter sandals to water or chemicals as this will affect the appearance and may result in glitter loss.
Our Glitter Palmaira’s are intended for occasional wear. Please be aware that some loss of glitter may occur with wear. We advise against wearing coarse glitter fabric against delicate items of clothing, such as chiffon, as the abrasive finish may cause snagging.

Please ensure they are re-packed the way they arrived & with care, in order to maintain the original shape. If they are deemed as not resalable or received by Palmaira Sandals Australia not in their original condition, they will not be accepted.
You may return your product to Palmaira Sandals Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 60 days of purchase with completed returns slip. Please note we do not offer free returns the customer is to pay to send the return back.

All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

All our sandals are lovingly handmade. This sometimes results in a few flaws, or imperfections in the leather.
Leather is a natural product and as such, bares all hallmarks of its origin. Unique and individual markings may appear on a hide and should not be considered as defects. Instead, they give the leather a unique identity.
Other reasons for imperfections could include, but not limited to, glue marks or scratches. As such these sandals are sold at a discounted price.
